World Guide
Explore Avenmere
Read as much or as little as you like. A new player sees a small game. A veteran discovers a huge one.
Arriving
Joining
Add play.avenmere.net in Multiplayer. No mods or resource pack are needed.
The First Sanctuary
You spawn somewhere safe. Nothing can hurt you here and nothing here counts for progress. It is a place to breathe.
Opening /hub
Everything in Avenmere lives behind one command. You never need to remember another.
Selecting Worlds
In the Hub, choose Worlds. The Overworld is permanent. The Resource World resets, and that is where to strip-mine.
Entering the Overworld
Your first intentional entry lands you somewhere quiet inside the border. That spot is yours forever.
Progress
Ranks
Twenty stones from Wanderer to Mythic. Each has requirements you can read in the Hub or on the Ranks page. Nothing is purchasable.
Legacy Points
A score that only goes up. Earned from achievements, diaries, events and challenges. Never spent.
Achievements
Around 150 across 14 categories. Some are chains, some are jokes, some are secrets.
The Diary
Easy, Medium, Hard and Master pages of things to go and do. Each completed page earns a title.
Collections
Discovery journals. Your account remembers the first time you found each entry, so you never need to hoard.
Titles
Earned, never bought. Some are unique to whoever did the thing first.
Events
A new Weekly Event every Monday with Bronze, Silver and Gold targets and a community bar.
Living here
Homes
/sethome and /home. How many you have depends on your rank.
Teleport requests
/tpa <player> asks to go to them; /tpahere <player> asks them to come to you. Both work from your first login.
/back
Returns you to where you were before your last teleport or death. Available to everyone.
AFK
You can idle freely. Active playtime, challenges and events only count while you are actually playing.
Land claims
Claim what you use from the Worlds menu in the Hub. Unclaimed builds are still yours.
Slayer
The Master keeps the shrine in the First Sanctuary. He names one creature and a number; finish, return, and he names another. How many you finish in a row is your streak. /slayer from anywhere.
Treasure Trails
Mobs drop Sealed Clue Scrolls, and what you killed decides the tier - zombies give Beginner scrolls, a wither always gives a Master. A sealed scroll is blank until you unseal it, so it stacks, stores and can be given away; the trail is rolled for whoever opens it. Each step names Overworld coordinates: go there and right-click the ground with a shovel. The last dig hands you a Cache, and opening it pays a Legacy Point Voucher, a Coin Voucher and a handful of loot. Lose the Cache and the Hub hands you another - it can only ever pay once. /clue, or the Treasure Trails door in the Hub.
